
Jamie Rainbolt
Associate Counselor
Jamie is a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (temp license) and under supervision of Dayna Sykes (TN license 2641).
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology minors in both biology and chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University. Jamie is an active member of professional organizations such as the Tennessee Counseling Association, Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association, and the American Counseling Association.
Jamie has received training and supervision in several evidence-based counseling modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. She is currently working towards board certifications in Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, Jamie has specialized training in disaster response mental health services and is a board-certified Level 1 Strengths-Based ADHD Clinical Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
Jamie is passionate about helping children, adults, and couples achieve their individual goals through a personalized counseling process, drawing on her diverse skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care.

Jamie Rainbolt, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, is a former college athlete with a passion for soccer, particularly as a goalkeeper in intramural leagues. She is a supporter of the Nashville Soccer Club and enjoys rock climbing, listening to music, watching movies, reading, and spending time outdoors in her free time.
