Dr. Rachel Gulley is a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider who also holds board certifications as a sexual addiction therapist (CSAT), partner trauma therapist (CPTT), and sex therapist (CST). She is a Rome Foundation GastroPsych specialist. Dr. Rachel works with all ages in individual, couple, and group formats. 



She specializes in chronic illness, gastrointestinal disorders, sex therapy, betrayal trauma, and compulsive sexual behavior. In addition, Dr. Rachel specializes in caring for the needs of partners and family members of those experiencing compulsive sexual behaviors. Dr. Rachel is the mental health contributor for the Embracing Ostomy Life program, founded and led by Rolf Benirschke. She is a mentor for several inflammatory bowel disease organizations and works closely with several local GI departments. 



With many years of training and experience, Dr. Rachel Gulley is patently committed to providing excellent individualized care and evidence-based treatment for everyone she sees while offering compassionate support in a safe, understanding environment.

    Dr. Rachel and her husband, Dr. Caleb Gulley, have been married since 2013 and love spending time with their son and mini aussiedoodle. 


    Dr. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and cherished friends. She loves traveling, learning new things, and being involved in her community. She enjoys playing golf, painting, writing, reading, being outdoors, and Tennessee Volunteers Football.
