Ben is committed to helping individuals move beyond merely surviving to truly thriving. He employs evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients uncover the underlying causes of the challenges that brought them to counseling.


Ben's goal is to guide clients through life's obstacles, helping them build a strong foundation for a meaningful and fulfilling life. With clinical experience in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, and sexual addiction, he is equipped to support clients through their unique struggles. Passionate about fostering growth, Ben creates a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their concerns and work toward lasting positive change.

    Ben, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, has been happily married for 16 years and is a devoted father of four. In addition to raising his own children, he also serves as a foster parent, providing care and support to local children in need. Beyond his professional and family life, Ben enjoys a variety of hobbies, including reading, weightlifting, woodworking, playing board and video games, and playing the guitar.
