Availability
Our counselors work to be available at times that fit your schedule. While not every counselor is as flexible in their schedule as others, someone is typically available after work and on weekends.

Phone calls are typically answered 9:00am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Sessions are typically scheduled on the hour. While a standard session is 45-50 minutes long, we often schedule block sessions (more than one in a row) to address specific needs or for those who are traveling long distances.

Please contact the office for current availability for specific counselors.

Cost
It is important to us that cost not be a reason people don’t come to counseling. As such, we have a wide variety of training and experience allowing for a wide spectrum of costs.

Fees vary depending on each counselor’s training, specialization, licenses, certifications, and experience. We do our best to work with clients to find a rate that is manageable if paying the full fee becomes difficult; however, each therapist has the autonomy to determine what that may look like. Please feel free to speak with your counselor if cost is becoming a limiting factor in your counseling.
Insurance
Connection Therapy Group does not accept direct payment from insurance companies to cover the cost of counseling. Clients are expected to pay the counseling fee for each session (or a payment plan set up with their direct counselor).

Upon request, we can provide a detailed invoice that includes all necessary information, such as diagnostic and billing codes. You may submit this documentation to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.

We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to better understand your out-of-network mental health benefits, including reimbursement rates, deductibles, and any required documentation.

If you have questions about this process, we’re happy to help guide you.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
-
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will also be charged the applicable fee.
Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client in need of care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely services to all clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible by phone, voicemail, or our secure patient portal.
